Everything was perfect from staff, who were hospitable, to the unbeatable location. Comfortable bed, big room and beautiful, I really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was just off the nice garden, the island, and many shops and restaurants. Had nice dainties at Mochaccino, located next to the venue. I was there for the trip and had a really comfortable stay, so I would love to come back.

The comfort quadruple room was spacious. the location was magnificent, with attractions like Sima Massage just a 10-15 minutes walk away. - the property is situated in a lively area with restaurants, fruit shops, and the island's biggest waterfall nearby.

The room I stayed in was fantastic! It had a private bathroom and a lovely garden view, which made me feel relaxed and close to nature. The microwave, fridge, and kettle were convenient for making my own snacks and drinks. The shower had great water pressure and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The wardrobe was spacious enough for all my clothes. The tile/marble floor in the bungalow added a touch of elegance, and the minibar was a nice touch. I felt like I was staying in a cozy, well-equipped home away from home.
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had air conditioning. However, I understand that some people might enjoy the natural breeze and find it refreshing.

The owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided a lot of useful information about the area and even took us on a guided trip to a natural pool in the jungle, which was a unique and memorable experience. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near various restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
One drawback was that the shower water was not hot enough, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, while the owners provided guests with a shirt promoting the hotel, some guests may prefer to wear their own clothes while exploring and not feel obligated to advertise the property.

We stayed at this charming cottage for a weekend getaway and it was just perfect. the location is ideal, with the biggest waterfall on the island close by, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy nature. the beautiful beach is also just a short walk away, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service. We loved the electric kettle in the room, which allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the peaceful surroundings.
The road leading to the cottage could be a bit challenging to find for first-time visitors.

The bungalow we stayed in was simply amazing! I loved how it had a tile floor, giving it a rustic and charming feel. The minibar was a bonus, allowing us to have chilled drinks whenever we wanted. And let's not forget the beautiful garden view from our room, it was a treat for the eyes!
Honestly, the only thing I didn't personally love was the soundproofing in the quadruple room. But hey, that's just me.

I had a wonderful stay at Papaya Cottage in Koh Chang. the staff, especially Pamela and Thunya, were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. They provided useful information about check-in, organized transfers, and even helped me book a snorkeling trip and cooking class. the bungalows were clean and cozy, and I loved sitting on the terrace surrounded by beautiful plants. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to the main street of Klong Prao. it was a pleasant and stress-free experience. I definitely plan on coming back. Thank you, Pamela and Thunya, for your hospitality!

Stayed at Papaya Cottage for a week and had a great time. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the owner gave me tons of information about the area. Friendly staff, convenient laundry service and a lovely dog on the property. Lots of nearby restaurants and fruit shops, as well as a nice beach for sunsets. Quiet and peaceful, slept well and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
